Beautifully robust and low-maintenance fisherman's Lemsteraak with a practical and light interior. Well-built Blom fisherman's Lemsteraak. This aak has been completely renovated in the last 3 years. The underwater hull was sandblasted and epoxy coated in 2021. A lot of stainless steel has been applied to vulnerable parts, and the cockpit planks and skylight are made of unlacquered teak wood. These were all renewed by Jachtwerf Hummel in 2024/2025. Very unique are the stainless steel rudder and swords, making it a particularly low-maintenance Lemsteraak. Naturally, this is a fast sailor due to the well-thought-out sail plan and the swords with an optimized profile. To enhance sailing ease, there is a hydraulic rigging winch (with remote control) and an electric bow thruster. Additionally, there is a hydraulic mast lowering system. With the mast lowered, the air draft is less than 2 meters. The teak skylight on the deck and the semi-gloss white panels create a spacious and bright interior. There is relatively high headroom due to optimal use of height and clever placement of the skylight. This makes this Lemsteraak excellently suited for extended stays. The floors are finished with solid lacquered oak wood, creating a sleek yet warm unity. Against the cockpit bulkhead, to port, is the galley finished with a hard stone countertop, white (solid) cabinet doors, a black/white tiled sink, and a four-burner gas hob. Through the unlacquered teak folding windows, you maintain contact with the open cockpit. To port, opposite the galley, is a spacious dinette with a fixed (height-adjustable) oak table, allowing the dinette to convert into a spacious double bed. To starboard, opposite the round seating area, there is another seating area with a table where two more people can sit or eat. In the forepeak of the ship, there are two spacious double "box bed" bunks side by side. Furthermore, optimal use of space has been made, providing ample storage on board. In recent years, extensive maintenance has been carried out on the Lemsteraak; refit 2024/2025: new teak cockpit table 2024/2025, new teak skylight 2024/2025, new cockpit doors, and cockpit painting 2024, underwater hull sandblasted 2021, new refrigerator 2022.
