Remarks :This 1983 centre cockpit Hallberg Rassy 352 has been well minded by her owner since 2007. She is powered by a 2022 Vetus 42hp shaft driven diesel engine with only 375 hours. Her inventory includes fully battened slab reefing mainsail, furling genoa, cruising chute, storm jib (on separate forestay), hot air heating, hot water, chart-plotter, auto-pilot, seven berths, davits, dinghy and much. She is fine solid cruising yacht and worth traveling to view! Accommodation :Builders CommentsHallberg-Rassy built 802 HR352s between 1978 and 1991. The HR352 was from the start a substantial sales success. This was the first time a designer had managed to combine, in a 35 foot boat, a walk through to the aft-cabin with spectacularly elegant lines. She features a comfortable interior combined with pleasant sailing qualities.ConstructionThe hull (No. 343) is a solid GRP moulding, built according to Lloyd's specifications. With a long encapsulated iron fin keel and skeg-hung rudder on heavy cast bronze fittings. The deck is a sandwich GRP moulding, using polyvinyl cellular plastics as core material. The water and fuel tanks are fitted in the keel stub to improve stability. The teak deck was removed and has been painted (Kiwi Grip) and looks excellent. The Topsides are in very good condition, having been repainted a few years ago with epoxy primer and two pack polyurethane, this includes the blue sheer strake. Rigging and SailsSelden anodised alloy sparsDeck stepped mast with a single set of spreaders (standard mast)Standing rigging was inspected in 20222022 Forestay, backstay and upper cap shroudsReckmann furling headstayRemovable inner forestay (takes a 2003 Storm Jib)Spinnaker pole SailsSlab reefing fully battened mainsail with 3 x reefing pointsLazy jacks and lazy bag2002 Furling genoa with UV StripCruising chute with detachable bow sprit2003 Storm jibElectrics220V Shore power for battery charging Electrical switch and fuse panel1 x 12v Engine battery1 x 12v Heavy duty service batteryBattery Isolator switchesNavigationLocated in the cockpitBinacle CompassRaytheon ST6001+ auto-pilot (control unit at the companionway and beside the helm)Raymarine ST60+ Windspeed/angleRaymarine ST60+ DepthRaymarine ST60+ Boat speed/logLocated at the Chart TableIcom-IC-501 DSC VHF radioGarmin GPS/Map 550 Colour Chart-Plotter (stand alone unit)Furuno GPS GP-312002 Furuno 1712 Radar (not working)Navtex (not working)Radio/CD/MP3/Stereo (in the saloon)OTHER Masthead Tri-colour/Anchor lightNavigation lights at deck levelSteaming LightDeck lightTV Antenna (Saorview)On DeckStainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and 2022 guardrails with 2022 opening gatesAnchor/gas lockerLewmar Electric Anchor Windlass can be operated from the foredeck or cockpitCQR Anchor and 40M. of galv. chainMooring lines and fenders6 x Mooring CleatsTeak cockpit seats and soleTeak capping on the bulwarkWheel SteeringCockpit tableOutboard bracket on the pushpitSolid windscreen with sprayhood and cockpit tentMainsheet track is aft of the helmGood purchase on the main-sheet with jammer2 x Lewmar Selftailing Genoa sheet winches3 x Winches on the mastSafetyTransom mounted swim/boarding platform with teak battensBoarding ladder mounted on the bathing platform can then drop to become a swim ladderDinghy davits mounted on the transomFour person Life Raft in a canister mounted on the coach-roof (requires a service)Fire extinguishers Horseshoe Lifebuoy2 x Electric Bilge pumps1 x Manual Bilge pump 6 x Life jackets OtherAll through hull fittings/standpipes/ball valves were replaced in 2022.  These comprise of two cockpit drains, engine cooling intake, sink drain, WC inlet, WC outlet and wash hand basin outlet.4 x Hull ports port and starboard (8 in total) were refurbished a few years ago which included anodizing and rubber seals2.5m inflatable dinghySuzuki 2.5hp outboard engineCockpit cushionsBroker's Comments "Passade" has been very well minded and has had a fair amount of upgrading in her ownership since 2007. She can easily be sailed single handed and really is a nice example of a HR 352. Viewing is highly recommended.DisclaimerThe Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel.
