Description

NEW PRICE!!! Hallberg-Rassy 38, 13m Located in Tuborg Harbor can be purchased for a total price of 745,000 DKK. Well-maintained and well-equipped Hallberg-Rassy 38 with a newer VolvoPenta D2-75 HS25A engine and Vetus bow thruster. The Hallberg-Rassy 38 was the first 38-foot sailboat with a double cabin design by Hallberg Rassy's renowned architect Olle Enderlein in 1979. It served as the inspiration for the highly successful HR352 introduced in 1980, a 3-foot shorter version of essentially the same design. Upon its launch, Olle Enderlein wrote: "It is designed for comfortable sailing and a comfortable life on board." Exceptionally well-designed and constructed with unparalleled build quality, as Hallberg-Rassy described it as "expensive and lovely," the boat is excellent for coastal cruising and as a Bluewater long-distance cruiser. The sailing comfort and safety are top-notch, and the boat excels in fresh winds. The boat is in absolutely impeccable condition, above and below the waterline. The wide aft deck features a practical stainless steel instrument mast, and from the spacious cockpit, there is a clear view over the deck forward due to the low coachroof, giving the boat an elegant, streamlined, and timeless appearance. The classic HR fixed windscreen with sprayhood provides good shelter from wind and weather in the cockpit, which includes practical glove compartments, a steering wheel, and well-placed stainless steel grab rails in graceful arches over the compass. The VHF radio remote handset at the helm makes communication easy from the steering position. From here, one can enjoy the sight of the advanced shape-stable laminate sails during sailing and appreciate the ProFurl boom furler with kickstrap, making mainsail setting, trimming, reefing, and lowering easy from the cockpit. Below deck, you enter a spacious center cabin with 4 portholes, a galley on the starboard side with a 2-burner gas stove and a large drop-down fridge. There is a navigation station with VHF to port before stepping into the salon with a large folding table and an L-shaped sofa on the port side and a sofa to starboard, easily converted into berths with ample storage space underneath accessible through front hatches. Moving forward, there is a short corridor with a porthole and cabinets on the starboard side and a toilet to port, featuring a new electric Jabsco toilet and a 75L holding tank from 2024, sink, and shower mixer tap. There are also cabinets under the sink and two on the wall. In front of the corridor is the forward cabin with a large V-berth with spacious storage underneath and good shelving as well as 2 large portholes. Aft from the navigation table is a short passage with a large wardrobe, cabinets, and storage space to port and double access to the engine room. The passage leads to a large aft cabin with 2 portholes, a wardrobe, and a sink, a large aft berth with storage space underneath, where the box with 2x 210 Ah is located. There are shelves all around the cabin. A spacious boat with plenty of storage space and shelving. The boat is well-equipped and has undergone many upgrades in recent years such as the engine, sails, bow thruster, digital navigation and instruments, and Raymarine Q24D Doppler radar. It now has all the amenities one could wish for in blue-water sailing and, with its ample space and facilities, is also suitable as the family's floating summer home. With the holding tank, you can anchor for days on end. Additionally, it comes with a TEXAS 2+1 inflatable boat with a Parsum 2.6HP outboard motor, and a custom-made winter cover. The cockpit tent needs replacing, which is factored into the price.
