Due to expansion, we are selling our Nissen 38 custom build. The ship was completed by the shipyard M&P Matthias Paulsen in 1990. The yacht design is by Georg Nissen. The boat is form-glued, making it very light and stiff. Ready to sail, it weighs around 6.7 tons. It has been stored indoors every year, including the mast. VAT paid. Dimensions: 11.40m x 3.30m x 1.85m Equipment: Complete rigging by Reckmann with Hydraulic kicker and backstay tensioner (Hydraulics overhauled in 2023) -Jefa steering system (Overhauled in 2022) -Alcantara upholstery in the salon (New in 2024) -Victron Energy charger with Varta batteries (New in 2023) -Instruments by B&G (New in 2023) -Renogy battery monitor (New in 2023) -Nanni Diesel 4.190HE engine with Saildrive 42HP (Gearbox, cuff, and propeller new in 2023), water pump new in 2024 -Sails: Main UK XDrive Silver (New in 2023), Genoa Norts Sails Carbon Fiber (around 2020), additional cruising sails included, as well as a Gennaker with snuffer. -Sheets, halyards, and backstays custom-made with tapering on Dyna one with UV coating (New in 2023) -6x Andersen winches serviced annually. -Hull stripped and rebuilt in 2023 with Hempels. -Superstructure, coaming, and rail strip stripped and rebuilt in 2023 -Tempered ESG glass windows new in 2023, all frames polished -Full cover (New in 2023) -Sprayhood and cockpit tent cleaned and re-impregnated in 2024 -All exterior paint surfaces repainted every winter, hull sanded and painted. -Coaming lowered and steering wheel (form-glued) new in 2023 -Freshwater tank new in 2023 in stainless steel -Faucets new in 2023 -Jabsco toilet new in 2023 -Heating new in 2022 -Floorboards repainted in 2024 Everything runs and works perfectly.
