Sailingboat for sale
Description
A classic, beautiful, and well-sailing 45-foot sailboat built by a Danish boatbuilder and launched in 1994. Cold-moulded and designed by Jim Hartvig Andersen, it features a teak deck and mahogany interior. The boat has many details and has been well-maintained with continuous equipment upgrades. Built for long-distance sailing, it has sailed in the Nordic countries and spent one season in the Mediterranean. It can be sailed single-handedly as all sail handling is led back to the cockpit. Easy to sail in all weather conditions and equipped with a bow thruster for harbor maneuvers. Spacious cabin with 2 double berths. Large foredeck and aft deck with plenty of storage space. Two roller foresails. After many fantastic sails with family and friends, the boat is ready for new adventures. The boat was featured on minbaad.dk in 2023. *Equipment* - Mainsail 38 m² (2015) - Jib 25 m² - Genoa 60 m² - Ropes 2021-2023 - Wheel cover 2024 - 6 Andersen winches *Engine* - Bukh 36 hp - Autohelm self-steering - Vetus 95 kgf bow thruster (2015) - Electric windlass with chain - Raymarine Axiom 9+ (2022) - Raymarine Ray73 VHF (2022) - Airmar echo sounder and log (2024) - Refrigerator-freezer (2023) - Start batteries 2 (2024) - Service batteries 4 (2022) - Two-component paint and varnish inside and outside - Topsides painted with Epifanes (2024) - Water tank approx. 350 l - Holding tank for toilet (electric toilet) - Diesel heater (central heating) - Diesel tank approx. 300 l - GP winter cover (2023) *Video* - [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_b7xS0H-ENk](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_b7xS0H-ENk) - [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FTWr5hskPY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FTWr5hskPY)
