Dehler 33 Cruising is a fast-sailing yacht with a strong reputation for build quality, a comfortable and spacious interior, and elegant lines – suitable for both racing and cruising. It has placed highly in major races such as the Fastnet Race – yes, it really sails well. The boat has a draft of 180 cm, giving it excellent sailing characteristics. This boat has only had one owner. Now, due to the owner’s age, it is being sold. INTERIOR: Below deck, the boat appears tidy, bright, and clean. The wood is light cherry. All berths are a good size (room for 6 people), and there’s plenty of natural light in all cabins. Standing height is 188 cm. Storage space is generous and practical for a boat of this size. Especially the space under the forward berths is free of installations and ideal for storage. The starboard aft cabin is used for storage and has a full-length hanging rail for sailing clothes and jackets. There’s also plenty of room for items like folding bikes, scooters, or bags. An extra cool box is located here, ideal for longer trips or holidays. A bow ladder can be mounted on the bow fitting (for land access in rocky areas) and is stowed along the bulkhead. Woodwork is in good condition, though the floor has some scratches and signs of wear. SAILS: Large furling genoa (~130%) and mainsail with full battens and 2 reefing points – both in excellent condition, serviced and restitched in 2024. Harken furler. There’s a newer (lightly used) blue/white asymmetric gennaker that can be used with a bowsprit (consisting of a spinnaker pole and special deck fitting) or as a traditional spinnaker. Also included: smaller genoa (~100%) and an older mainsail. TECHNICAL: The boat is fitted with a 3.5 kW Webasto diesel heater with ducting to all cabins and hot water via a 230V shore power boiler. 230V shore power system installed with sockets throughout. Instruments (wind, log, GPS, compass) are placed at the companionway, out of the way while sailing. Mount for Garmin 720 GPS on port side and tablet/iPad holder on starboard side at the companionway. Adjustable tiller extension and removable ST2000+ tiller autopilot. Two LED deck lights below the spreaders. The engine has been serviced according to all specifications and runs well. Additional inspection hatches have been added for 360° engine access. Everything is in excellent working order. Also new: tiller (2018), toilet pump (2019), stove (2021), Victron 230V battery charger (2021), service battery (2021), compass (2020), lazy bag/stack pack (2024), Flexofold 3-blade folding propeller (2025). EXTERIOR: Includes life raft for 6 persons (needs servicing). A custom-built stern rail provides strong support, storage for ropes, and a wooden mount for an outboard motor. Two anchors: folding anchor with lead line (bow), Bruce anchor with chain and 30 m rope. Two wooden corner seats aft provide excellent comfort during sailing and can be stored in the locker after use. The cockpit is unusually spacious and elongated, ideal for 6 people to sail or dine comfortably. Teak folding cockpit table easily mounts and is stored in a custom bracket in the port aft cabin. The full cockpit tent is in excellent condition and doubles the living space in harbour. The non-slip deck surface has changed color from grey to a beige/yellow tint. It's cosmetic – the grip is still good. Can be replaced with original Dehler material if desired. Hull treated annually with Mille Extra antifouling. MISCELLANEOUS: The boat is located in Snekkersten (3070), Denmark. Ready to view and sail. PS: Delivery to buyer’s harbour (including Germany or the Netherlands) can be arranged by agreement.
