FOR SALE, OFFERS WANTED BEFORE WINTER STORAGE: Beautiful and well-maintained, popular motorboat from the prestigious Princess yard. Princess builds boats that sail well, look great, are brilliantly designed, and boast a build quality that surpasses most competitors. When you see Princess on the boat, you know it's quality... This boat is no exception, and this specific model has had its flybridge extended to eliminate the "ugly" canopy overhang that is typically installed to protect the aft deck. With this elegant solution, one of the bonuses is that you don't have to bend your head while sitting on the large aft sofa. The boat also features a bow platform that conceals the anchor and provides easy access from the bow. The wide side decks contribute to a good feeling when walking along the helm house to reach the aft deck. The aft deck itself, with its large full-width sofa, is very spacious and accommodates a large table and loose chairs. Under the deck here is ample storage space for all the cruising gear needed for long holiday trips that this boat invites you to. From the aft deck, there is also a ladder leading up to the flybridge with another helm station and plenty of seating/table space. Once you've tried steering from up here with the splendid view, it's hard to let go of the flybridge concept... The helm station in the salon offers plenty of visibility around the horizon while underway as well as when docked. Good light comes through the large windows, making the salon a cozy place to be when the weather outside turns rough. The salon features a large sofa and table, space for crew and guests, and two steps down leads to the boat's pantry with gas stove/oven/refrigerator/sink with cold and hot water. Opposite the pantry, a door leads into a guest cabin, and next to it, another door leads into the bathroom. All the way forward in the boat is the owner's cabin with a double bed, wardrobes, etc. In recent years, the boat has been upgraded with navigation equipment that includes no less than 4 large newer Simrad chartplotters—2 in the salon and 2 on the flybridge—radar, autopilot, bow thruster, electric windlass, heating system, etc. The boat lacks nothing for comfortable sailing and living aboard—just turn the keys and go. Propulsion is provided by 2 robust Volvo Penta TAMD 41 diesel engines on fixed shafts. These engines are known as reliable workhorses without all sorts of frills like electronics or compressors; here it's all about operational reliability and economical cruising at 7-8 knots. If you're in a hurry and push forward on the throttles, this boat easily moves over 20 knots. The boat is being sold solely because its owners are going ashore after many years of sailing; it is recommended to inspect the boat in its natural element before its imminent haul-out.
