It has only run very few hours and appears very nice in all respects. The name is: "Olibel II" The SanBoat Cuddy 980 is a classically built boat. The focus is on a super spacious sunny cockpit, while also providing large and very nice accommodations below deck - perfect for longer vacations. You can comfortably cruise longer distances with 6 people, and the vessel is CE certified for a maximum of 9 people in class B (Offshore, for coastal waters). LAYOUT AND COMFORT "Olibel II" offers a large and well-designed cockpit, with plenty of seating and lounging space. The cockpit table can be raised/lowered, allowing for a sunbed for 2 people. With the table up, there is a delightful dining area under the open sky for the entire crew. There is a solid and stylish Targa arch, and the entire cockpit is covered with a very nice two-part cockpit canopy. The canopy features clear and newer windows throughout. There is ample headroom under the canopy for everyone. Below deck, it features a saloon with seating for 4 around the table and 2 separate double sleeping areas as well as a nice toilet. Here too, there is optimal headroom everywhere. The table between the sofas can also be lowered, allowing for additional sleeping space for up to 2 adults. TECHNOLOGY The vessel is equipped with the perfect engine, namely a Volvo Penta D6-280. There is always enough power available, even when pulling water skis or other toys on the water. A bow thruster ensures super easy maneuvering in harbor, along with an electric windlass for effortless anchoring — perfect for simply enjoying life while anchored out on the water. Navigation and radio communication have been updated with newer high-quality equipment from Garmin. An NMEA2000 network has also been installed so that engine data can always be displayed directly on the chartplotter. CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE "Olibel II" appears exceptionally nice and well-maintained in all areas. It can be said simply like that. The engine has been recently serviced and has received annual maintenance during the current owner's time. The drive was updated in 2021 with new parts costing approximately 80,000 at an authorized Volvo Penta dealer. Invoice available. The cockpit canopy is in excellent condition — new windows have been installed throughout it. Below the waterline, she looks great and has naturally been antifouled for the 2026 season. BOAT HISTORY The boat's hull was produced in 2003. The engine and drive are from 2006 and were installed in 2008. The vessel was launched for the first time in 2008. The current owners have enjoyed this boat since 2019 when they took over from another Danish owner. "Olibel II" is being sold only because the owners now wish to upgrade to a larger flybridge boat after many wonderful years with her.
