(All working lines are accessible from behind the helm.) If you're in the market for a quality, ready-to-sail, fully sorted and off-grid equipped boat with recent upgrades, this Hanse 455 is an exceptional choice. This vessel represents an opportunity to purchase a vessel in mint condition offering an almost 'new boat' experience, without the cost or the production delays of ordering new today. The interior is bright and inviting, featuring light woods, numerous skylights, and multiple opening ports, creating an ideal space for relaxation or entertaining. This boat is in mint condition, with a high level of equipment and very visible pride of ownership. This Hanse 455 boasts a 3-cabin, 2-head layout, Elvstrøm FCL performance sails, two electric winches and two manual winches. It's easy sailing concept includes a self-tacking jib and all lines leading under-deck to the helm through rope clutches. The exterior features Flexiteek synthetic decking throughout and a spacious cockpit complemented by a quality custom sprayhood and full cockpit enclosure. Powered by a 57hp Yanmar diesel engine, the vessel is fitted with a Fischer Panda 4KW diesel generator; a professionally fitted Lithium-ion battery system with Victron chargers and remote monitoring; solar panel, Webasto cabin heating (with a remote-control function), and a comprehensive B&G electronics package, including an autopilot. The boat is further enhanced by a robust keel/hull attachment and a beautifully bright Cherry wood interior, making it a ready-to-sail vessel in superb condition. The spacious and open saloon, accessed via a gradual stairway from the companionway, impresses with its abundant natural light from multiple overhead hatches, portlights, and hull windows. The starboard U-shaped dining and lounging area, accompanied by a central bench seat with storage and a long portside settee are all finished in soft brown Portofino leather upholstery. There is a centralised and programable control for the extensive LED lighting adding to the saloon's appeal, which is finished with satin varnished Cherry wood and white bulkheads. The owner’s double cabin, located forward of the saloon, offers significant space and privacy, with an island ‘queen-sized’ berth with upgraded Comfort Mattress, ample storage lockers & hanging space, and a clever split ensuite head and shower. The two aft double cabins, equal in size and mirroring each other, provide ample space for two in each berth, along with hanging lockers and shelf storage.
